Congratulations to Clubsports Originals and Cheyne Walk Newbies!

With one game to play, Clubsports Originals have secured top place in the Premier League. They have been at the top of the table for most of the season.

 

Also, Cheyne Walk Newbies have won the First Division, gaining promotion for next season.

 

Well done to both teams!

Team Championship Semi-Finals

9th April 2025
The Semi-Final fixtures are now set, to be played on Tuesday 6th May, 7pm start .
The winners of the two groups get home advantage, which has resulted in both semi-finals being played at Cheyne Walk:
 
Cheyne Walk Q’s (14)    v   Clubsports Exclusive (7)
Cheyne Walk Newbies (35) v    Clubsports Originals (SCR)
 
The games are the usual 6 frames, but with a deciding frame should the result be a 3-3 draw.
In other words, it’s a “best of 7” or “first to 4”.

Singles and Pairs Competitions

13th November 2024

The draw for the Town Cup, Non-Winners Trophy and Pairs Cup was made at Cheyne Walk earlier this evening, and is available to view on the Tables/Stats/Fixtures tab.

 

Matches start in January.

Snooker Competitions Entry / Draw – Wednesday 13th November 2024, Cheyne Walk 7:30 pm

9th October 2024
A meeting will be held at Cheyne Walk Club on Wednesday 13th November at 7:30 pm for entries to the following competitions:
  • TOWN CUP
  • NON-WINNERS TROPHY
  • PAIRS COMPETITION
Please include NAMES & TELEPHONE NUMBERS for all players in the competitions.
When entries have been made for all of the above competitions please bring your completed list to the meeting at:
Cheyne Walk Club on Wednesday 13th November commencing 7.30 pm.
If you are unable to attend and wish to enter competitions then please email or text the fixture secretary clivenull@nullntsnooker.nullcom to arrive no later than Tuesday 12th November .

Due to the complexities of creating the draw, late entries cannot be accepted.

2024-25 Season

22nd August 2024

Following last night’s AGM, 12 teams will compete in the season, which starts on Tuesday 1st October.

 

Fixture lists are available by clicking on the team name on the Tables/Stats/Fixtures tab , and scorecards can be downloaded for printing here.

 

It was agreed to start matches at the slightly earlier time of 7:15pm and the rules have been amended to reflect that change.
