Please note that the season comes to a close on Tuesday 28th May. Please ensure all league games have been played by that date. Any games played after the 28th shall not be considered.
Barratts Hot Shots Win The League | 24th April 2019 |
Congratulations to Barratts Hot Shots who won the Premier League last night with two games to spare. They’ve been strong all season, narrowly missing out on the Team Championship knockout stages due to two other teams with equal points having won more matches. Well done Ryan and the team!
Singles and Pairs Semi-finals and Finals | 17th April 2019 |
In date order:
The semi-finals for the Town Cup will be played at Cheyne Walk on Thursday 2nd May starting at 7:30pm
(Unfortunately, due to a couple of players’ prior commitments, there will be no semi-finals night for the Non-Winners Trophy. Instead, both semi-finals will be organised between the players)
The Pairs Cup semi-final and final will be played on Wednesday 8th May starting at 7:30pm at Far Cotton Club.
As it stands, the finals for the Town Cup and Non-Winners Trophy will be played on Thursday 23rd May at Cheyne Walk, at the slightly earlier time of 7pm as they are best of 7 matches. It is possible that either Chris Brailsford or Micky Grindley could be in both matches, in which case one of the matches will be played on Thursday 30th May (determined by player availability).

Player Stats Page now shows combined team and singles performances | 31st March 2019 |
With three century breaks in the singles competitions, it seemed unfair to not show them on the player stats page. The page now defaults to a player’s performance across all competitions (except the pairs competition) including high breaks.
Knockout Tournaments – Draws Now Available | 14th November 2018 |
The draws for the Town Cup, Non-Winners Trophy and Pairs Cup were made this evening at Far Cotton WMC and can be accessed from the Tables/Stats/Fixtures tab.
The first round of the Town Cup is to be played in December, with the Non-Winners and Pairs comps kicking off in January (Pairs are played on the last Wednesday of the month).
Remember that it is the responsibility of the home player/pair to contact the away player/pair within the first 9 days of the month to arrange the match. Failure to make contact allows the away player/pair to claim home advantage (and they then initiate contact, playing the match at their own home venue).
Thank you to Jon Thorpe, David Ballard, Mark Foster and Paul Mann for attending the meeting this evening, carrying out the draw, and giving much-needed assistance in the setting of the Pairs handicaps.
