The AGM for next season will be held at Cheyne Walk club on Wednesday 21st August, starting at 7:30pm.

All teams (new and existing) must attend or send a representative to register for the season.

Please pass this information on to anyone who is interested in playing this coming season.

All monies owing for last season must be paid either before the A.G.M. or on the night.

Please note that notices of motion will only be heard if the proposer is present at the A.G.M.

The league is run for the benefit of its members. If you want to raise any issues or suggest any changes, you must attend the A.G.M.

David Brown overcame Ross Buthee 4-2 at Cheyne Walk last night to become Town Cup winner 2024.

The top break was 40 by David in the fourth frame.

This is David’s third Town Cup, and his first since the pandemic.

That brings the season to a close. Next season will start following the AGM in August (dates to be confirmed).

Chris Goldsworthy won the final of the Non-Winners Trophy last night, beating Bob Darling 4-2.

Locked at 2-2, Chris made a break of 40 to take frame five, and then cleared pink and black in the next to win the title.

Well done Chris!

St James won the Team Championship final last night, beating Cheyne Walk Breakers in the final deciding frame, 4-3.

Adam Richardson gave St James a 2-0 lead but after Matt Wright drew his game, it was up to Phil Gimbert to take both of his frames to level the match 3-3. Adam beat Phil on the final blue in the deciding frame to claim the victory.

The St James team have a combined age of 190(!) and win this competition for the first time in the Team Championship’s 19-year history.

Congratulations to father and son, Bobby Brailsford and Chris Brailsford, who beat Jamie Markie and Marc Brown on the final pink, 2-1, at Cheyne Walk last night. All games were close with both semi-finals being decided on the final frame. Well done Bobby and Chris.
